Everything you need to know about our screenings in one handy post:
a) An “online screening?” how does that work?
This is an in-browser screening experience – we use a website to create a room that anyone can join, and it will sync the videos so we are all watching at the same time!
Generally, a few minutes before the designated start-time we will post a link to our online screening room in the Facebook Event for the screening.
All you have to do is join us in the room, and the videos will be synced up for all of our enjoyment. Before the movie starts, we often will have pre-show music, and then bumpers and trailers for other movies.
b) Cool. Is there any other way to find the link or interact with you?
Yes! The link also is posted in the official CHUD BUDDIES discord server (where we talk about silly movies and stuff).

c) “I like movies but don’t really want to text-chat along with you.”
That’s O.K.! You can always full-screen the video and ignore the chat! Totally cool with us.
d) “Should I use my phone? I don’t understand.”
The mobile experience has been described to us as “totally watchable” so feel free to stay in bed and watch there.
Though we recommend watching on a laptop or computer for obvious reasons (don’t worry the cinema police won’t catch you.) If you’d like to watch on a Chromecast, you can cast the entire tab from your web browser.
